Get in touch
Email is the fastest way to reach us: info@sugarloafdigital.com.au. Phone is 0468 062 773 during Western Australian business hours, Monday to Friday.
We are based in Margaret River in the south west of WA and run territories across the country, so there is no need to be local to work with us.
What to tell us
Four things make the first conversation useful:
- The trade you are in and the specific job types you want more of
- The postcodes or suburbs you will actually travel to
- What an average job bills at
- Roughly how many of the quotes you write turn into work
The last two matter most. Without them nobody can tell you whether a price per lead is good value, which is why we ask for them before quoting anything. If you would rather work the number out yourself first, what a lead is worth shows you how.
What we will tell you
Whether your territory has enough monthly search demand to support pay-per-lead generation, what a lead in your trade would cost, and whether availability exists — some territories are already taken and we will say so rather than selling you into a shared arrangement.
If the lead model is not right for you, we will say that too, and usually point you at either local SEO as the build-your-own option or at nothing at all. The situations where we decline are listed openly on when pay-per-lead is the wrong model.
If you would rather read first
Nothing on this site is gated behind an email address. The guides cover the whole model, the industries page covers which trades we run, and pricing covers what moves the numbers. Plenty of owners read the lot, go and run their own marketing, and never contact us. That is a perfectly good outcome and it is why the material is published.

Frequently asked questions
What happens on the first call?
We ask what you do, which postcodes you cover, what a typical job is worth to you and how many of your warm enquiries you close. Then we check the search demand in your area. It takes about twenty minutes and it ends with either a price per lead or a straight explanation of why we are not a fit.
Will I get a hard sell?
No. A client who was pushed into this model leaves within three months and complains on the way out, which costs us more than the sale was worth. If your territory is thin, or your business is not set up to convert enquiries, we will tell you that on the first call instead.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one business day for email enquiries, usually much faster. Bear in mind we work Western Australian time, so an email sent late on a Sydney afternoon lands in our morning. Phone is faster if the matter is urgent.
What information should I have ready?
Your service postcodes, the job types you want and the ones you would rather refuse, roughly what an average job bills at, and roughly how many quotes you convert. Without those last two we cannot tell you whether a lead price is good value for you, and neither can anyone else.
